It was a lucky day for Suzhou, my 3yr old labordoodle, and me meeting Catherine. There was an instant bonding. What started out as occasional walks morphed into a 9 yr friendship with Catherine and company providing regular walks and overnight stays when we're out of town. It's very comforting to know they care so deeply when we can't be there. Thanks for all the love over the years

We've been with A Dog's Best Friend for about 9 years. Catherine has walked our Labradoodle, Chunk, the entire time. Our big pooch gets groomed at their shop and we utilize the live-in services while traveling. I find them flexible, going the extra mile, and very accommodating. They are straightforward, honest, and VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
Catherine has successfully organized & managed Chunk's birthday party twice. Most recently in June, 2018. The Kentucky Derby themed dog birthday party was held at Kubo Chicago restaurant on their outdoor patio, consisted of 20 adults and 12-13 dogs. It was a great success; fun was had by all and guest really thought the event remarkable.
I have enjoyed partnering with Catherine (A Dog's Best Friend) for 3 years now. She came up with the wonderful idea of The Lakeview Halloween Pup Crawl and has turned it into a fabulously successful event! It is managed flawlessly and continues to gain more crowd momentum each year! I am continually impressed with Catherine's management skills- coordinating multiple businesses with sponsors, loyalty of participants and quality of staff & promotion.

Ziva loves & adores Catherine; she's pretty much is Ziva's second mom. Catherine has known Ziva since the day I brought her home, and even helped me with those first few stressful days and weeks of new pet ownership. Catherine is very reliable, and better yet, flexible. She can save the day last minute when I unexpectedly need her. Knowing how well Ziva is cared for makes me very happy. The grooming is supurb! Ziva is constantly getting complimented on her haircuts! When walking or sitting I get the reports of the things they have done during the day while I'm at work, I'm honestly a little jealous. Ziva has enjoyed A Dog's Best Friend's Halloween pup crawls, Pool party, Valentine's Day party, and several of the birthday parties they have held. I wouldn't hesitate to use Catherine and A Dog's Best Friend for any services
